- When SAIC won the 1988 Stage II Contract~$1.1 billion dollars, Ms. Lees became a Group Executive Assistant and the Hiring HR person.
- 1994-1996 Lease Accountant at SAIC
- 1996-1997 Lease Administrator for SAIC
- 1998-1997 Lease Administrator for SAIC
- 1998 – Budget Coordinator and Assistant for the Executive Director of the Conrad Blucher Institute at Texas A&M University Corpus Christi.
